Rocket Accelerator is a program that we established to empower women in the mortgage lending space, showcasing female leaders who are thriving in the industry and beyond. Through this program our partners had the chance to attend exclusive events and gain access to mentorship opportunities that can help women succeed in the industry. We produced a variety of materials to promote this program, as well as recapped events to place on our social media pages to create interest.
Results: We had increase in signups for the Rocket Accelerator Program and engagement on our social media accounts. We were also able to establish strong relationships with our partners through this program.
